    Mmmmmmm! My wife and I had this for dinner tonight and it was wonderful. It was easy enough to make on a regular basis and tasty enough for company. I did add a bit of corn starch to the reduction to thicken it up a bit as I was serving this with small potatoes and wanted to use it as gravy.

    Lovely photos – so much so you can almost smell pork loin! I am going to have to make this soon on one of our Sunday meals that we share together as a family. It looks delicious and I'm sure the herbs makes the entire house smell great when finished! I will post back how it comes out!!

    I made this when I first found your recipe mainly because of your photos! However, the result was really great! It came out very very tender and the herb sauce was just right and made the entire recipe come together! I definitely plan to make this again!
