    Oh my goodness… I just made my first lemon cream pie, and this looks just as delicious (with the creaminess mixed in)! Definitely going on my to-do list.

    Oh, and I almost never bake anything more than once either – if I can't get a post out of it I usually can't be bothered! But there are a few faves (pumpkin pie, banana bread) that are constantly rotated behind the scenes…

    This really does looks absolutely excellent, and its sliced so perfectly! If i did that it would be a broken up crumby mess, but delicious non-the less im sure by the sounds of that yummy recipe 🙂 In a lemon loving household such as this im pretty sure this would go down a storrmmm.     Hi, I just wanted to ask, would it make any difference if I didn't use as many egg yolks but instead used 4 whole eggs? I'm not much of an egg fan and I always try to put less in every recipe I make xD

    JDL: Freezing the pie is necessary, and you will understand when you make it. It comes out deliciously cold and perfect! Hope this helps! 🙂

    If you can find Nabisco’s "Original"Graham Crackers,it will make a much better crust than the Honey Grahams. The "Original has a much better graham taste. I found a box of them in a Big Lots store and they were exactly how I remembered them as a child.
