CHILI PASTE

If you are a spice lover, then you will not be disappointed in this red chilli paste recipe. Go to your local grocery store and go crazy picking out the prettiest hot peppers you can find.

– Shallots – Serrano Chili peppers – Red chili peppers – Hot Thai pepper – Habanero – Garlic – Sugar – Salt – Lime juice – Oil – White vinegar – Worcestershire sauce

Chop up the ingredients into chunks and remove the seeds if you don't want the extra heat.

Add all the chili paste ingredients to a food processor and pulse it a few times. Then blend the ingredients until it's the texture of a chunky paste.

Transfer the paste to a saucepan and bring it to a simmer. Let it simmer about 7 minutes. The garlic smell should be noticeable.

Transfer the chili paste to an airtight container. This recipes makes about 1 cups worth.
