Bring a salted pot of water to a boil and cook your pasta done to al dente, which is 3 minutes short of the recommended cooking time.
Whether you use ground beef or sausage, cook it up and then make room for your veggies.
Add in the veggies and cook until they are soft and fragrant. Use your favorites or what you have on hand!
Now it's time to pour in your favorite homemade or bottled spaghetti sauce! Let it cook another 3 minutes.
Let the layering begin! Start with some of the spaghetti, add in some sauce mixture, dollops of ricotta cheese, sprinkle on oregano and begin again!
Once you have everything in, sprinkle on the last cheese, then bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
