Baked Spaghetti

Perfect for the whole family!

WHY MAKE THIS RECIPE?

Need a meal to fill everyone up? Need a way to sneak a few healthy veggies in? Pasta and veggies work great to accomplish both plans!

INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti noodles Ground beef Veggies Garlic Spaghetti sauce Ricotta cheese Cheeses Spices

STEP 1

Bring a salted pot of water to a boil and cook your pasta done to al dente, which is 3 minutes short of the recommended cooking time.

STEP 2

Whether you use ground beef or sausage, cook it up and then make room for your veggies.

STEP 3

Add in the veggies and cook until they are soft and fragrant. Use your favorites or what you have on hand!

STEP 4

Now it's time to pour in your favorite homemade or bottled spaghetti sauce! Let it cook another 3 minutes.

STEP 5

Let the layering begin! Start with some of the spaghetti, add in some sauce mixture, dollops of ricotta cheese, sprinkle on oregano and begin again!

STEP 6

Once you have everything in, sprinkle on the last cheese, then bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
