STEP 1
Brown ground beef or turkey until no longer pink.
STEP 2
Add bell pepper, onion, jalapenos (optional) and garlic. Cook over
medium heat for 3 min.
STEP 3
Add spices and stir until combined.
STEP 4
Transfer to a large crockpot along with beans, tomatoes and tomato juice.
STEP 5
Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese! Enjoy!
