Ham and cheese are so delicious but adding a pretzel flair is next level.  These bite sized pretzel sandwiches are easy to eat without silverware.  You can enjoy serving these with dipping sauces. 

Brown sugar Mlk Flour Instant Dry Yeast Ham  Mozzarella cheese Baking soda Unsalted butter Salt

INGREDIENTS

Prepare the dough for the pretzel bites and let it rise in a warm spot. 

Separate the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll them out to be a rectangle, then sprinkle with ham and mozzarella. 

Cut each section into 12 pieces. Let them rest on parchment paper at least 30 minutes. 

Bring your water to a rolling boil, add baking soda, then reduce the heat a bit and cook each of the pretzel bites. This will go fast so have your oven reaady to go. 

After baking them 15 minutes, sprinkle them with melted butter and salt. 

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
