Caramel Apples

Delicious Fall Treat

WHY MAKE THIS RECIPE?

This Caramel Apples recipe is the perfect fall or Halloween treat. They are SO easy to make using a few ingredients and done in minutes.

INGREDIENTS

6 large apples 14 oz caramel bits 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp water

STEP 1

Impale 6 apples near the stem with popsicle sticks.

Note: Do not go all the way through to the bottom and set aside.

Good apple options:  - Granny Smith - Haralson - Gala - Mcintosh - Honeycrisp

STEP 2

Combine the caramel bits, milk and water, stirring until smooth.

STEP 3

Dip the impaled apples into the caramel mixture, coating them completely.  Allow the caramel to drip back into the pan.

STEP 4

Immediately place the dipped apple onto prepared wax paper. Place the entire cutting board in the fridge to cool and set the caramel!
