Chicken Pot Pie in your Slow Cooker

Simplify pot pie by using your crockpot! Make this slow cooker chicken pot pie with minimal effort. No pie crust required! Great dinner for a busy weeknight.

–Chicken breasts  –Yellow onion –Carrots, celery –Italian parsley –Chicken stock –Cream of chicken soup –Frozen peas/corn –Refrigerated biscuits –Paprika, oregano, salt, pepper

We want to add our veggies, seasonings, chicken, broth and soup into the crock pot. 

Let the chicken and mixture cook on low for 8 hours. Now you need to shred the chicken and add it back to the slow cooker.

Now stir in the frozen peas and corn back into the mixture with the shredded chicken and allow to sit for 30 minutes.

Bake the biscuits and place one over each serving.
