– Chuck roast – Salt & pepper – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Olive oil – Yellow onion – Beef stock – Pepperonicinis – Dry ranch dressing mix – Au jus – Butter – Water – Cornstarch

Cut your beef roast into large chunks and coat it well with the seasonings combined together. Sear each side of the meat chunks using the saute function on the instant pot.

Remove the meat but add in the onions to cook in its place. Allow them to soften and become fragrant. Then add the broth to deglaze the pan.

Add the meat into the instant pot again, along with the pepperoncini peppers and its juice, with the butter and dry ranch packet. Set the timer and let it cook!

Remove the beef from the pot and shred it up. Then add the cornstarch slurry to the juice in the pot, turn on the saute function and make a delicious gravy to accompany your meal.
