INSTANT POT POTATO SALAD WITH EGGS

– Yukon gold potatoes – Eggs – Celery – Mayonnaise – Yellow mustard – Pickle juice – Apple cider vinegar – Italian parsley – Onion powder bvGarlic powder – Paprika

You can cook the potatoes and the eggs right in the instant pot. Set the timer to 5 minutes. 

Once the eggs and potatoes have cooled, chop them up and add them to a mixing bowl along with the dressing ingredients. 

Serve with a garnish of paprika and parsley over top. Enjoy!
