Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

The cheese wedged into the centers of these crab stuffed mushrooms will send you to your knees. Great finger food for parties!

– Large mushrooms – Butter – Garlic – Italian Parsley – Salt & Pepper – Crab Meat – Parmesan Cheese – Cayenne Pepper – Havarti Cheese

Add the cleaned and hollowed out mushroom caps to a baking sheet covered in cooking spray. 

Chop the stems of the mushrooms and cook them with the butter, garlic and seasonings. 

Add 1/2 in cubes of Havarti cheese to the mushroom caps. 

Prepare crab filling by placing the mixture from the pan with the crab into a bowl and add scheese and seasonings. 

Bake the mushrooms and enjoy the melty cheese and salty crab flavors.
