MASHED POTATOES WITH RED POTATOES

This recipe has the perfect amount of butter, creaminess and flavor. Red potatoes are always best for a super rich, creamy end result.

INGREDIENTS Ground beef Yellow onion Garlic Salt and pepper Cumin Paprika Diced tomatoes Cheddar cheese Hawaiian Rolls Butter Brown sugar Worcestershire sauce

You can leave the skins on, but feel free to remove them if that is more your style.

Once the potatoes are cooked, add the ingredients to the mixing bowl and mash them up.

Especially with soft potatoes like red and yukon gold, be careful not to over mash or the texture can become gluey. (No blenders or electric mixers!)

Serve with extra butter and salt, pepper.
