STEP 1

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, egg, milk, ketchup, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

STEP 2

Mix ingredients until thoroughly combined. Pour the meat mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

STEP 3

In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apricot preserves and Worcestershire sauce.

STEP 4

Spread half of the mixture evenly over the meatloaf halfway through baking.

STEP 5

Let the meatloaf sit for 15 minutes before slicing and serving or it may fall apart on you.
