This recipe only requires 3 ingredients!  You can enjoy a treat and it's gluten free too.  Dessert could not be any easier!

Sugar Creamy peanut butter Egg Vanilla (optional) Salt (optional)

INGREDIENTS

Combine the dough ingredients and refrigerate it for about 30 minutes. 

Make 1" balls of dough and use a fork to make tine marks and criss cross them. 

Freeze dough for later use, if desired. Double wrap in plastic wrap or a ziploc bag and freeze for up to 6 months.
