WHY MAKE THIS RECIPE?

This recipe is EASY. And totally delicious.  It requires only  4 easy ingredients,  1 pan and 1 hour of your time. Add this to your next dinner or breakfast table!

INGREDIENTS

- 30 oz hash browns frozen, any variety - 1 stick butter cut into pats - 8 oz heavy whipping cream - 1 tbsp Seasoning Salt such as Lawry's

STEP 1

Preheat oven to  350 degrees F.  Coat a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.

STEP 2

Distribute frozen hash browns evenly in prepared baking dish.

STEP 3

Spread out the pats of butter evenly over top of the hash browns, and pour whipping cream evenly over the top.

STEP 4

Sprinkle evenly with seasoning salt. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.

RECIPE NOTE

Decrease the amount of butter used in the recipe by half and/or replace whipping cream with milk to slim the recipe down.
