-Ground pork breakfast sausage
-A head of cauliflower
-Yellow onion and celery
-Sage, thyme, salt & pepper
Heat the skillet and cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink.
Move the ground sausage to a clean bowl. Do not clean out skillet.
Melt butter in skillet, then add garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add cauliflower, onion, celery, parsley, and spices to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until veggies are soft.
Transfer mixture to a serving dish and pour the chicken broth over the top (if using).
For added texture, consider sprinkling dried cranberries or chopped pecans over the top.
