Slow cooking a meal really allows it time to flavor up! A meal that's cooking all day and is ready for dinner on time is a blessing on busy days.  Chili is the ultimate comfort food and easy to make without beans if you don't prefer them.     

Ground Beef Onion Garlic  Italian parsley Jalapeno peppers Chili powder Cumin Salt Italian seasoning Tomato juice Diced tomatoes Tomato sauce Tomato paste

INGREDIENTS

Prepare the meat mixture and add veggies to soften them. 

Combine the seasonings into the mixture. 

Time to add everything back into the crock pot, add all the tomatoes and set it to low for 7 hours. 

Serve warm with cheese and sour cream! Other great topping options include sliced green onions or crushed crackers.
