What You'll Need Pumpkin Puree Butter Sugar Evaporated Milk Eggs Flour Spice Mixture Whipped Cream
Use a stand mixer if you have one. Mix in the shortbread crust ingredients. Crust will bake 15 minutes.
Now prepare the filling. This will be poured over a hot crust and baked an additional 45 minutes.
You'll know its done cooking when the center is no longer jiggly.
Substitute For Pumpkin Puree
Equal parts of cooked mashed sweet potatoes or butternut squash is a great substitution and you might not even be able to tell the difference!
