Slow Cooker Chicken  Pot Pie

Simplify pot pie by using your crockpot! Make this slow cooker chicken pot pie with minimal effort. No pie crust required! Great dinner for a busy weeknight.

– Chicken breasts – Yellow onion – Carrots – Celery – Italian Parsley – Paprika, Oregano, salt and pepper – Chicken stock – Cream of chicken soup – Frozen peas and corn – Refrigerated biscuits

This couldn't be easier! Add the raw chicken into the slow cooker, top with the diced and sliced veggies (except peas and corn), then pour the soup and broth over it. Give it a stir!

After 6-8 hours, the chicken is tender and ready to shred. 

Return the shredded chicken and frozen veggies into the mix and stir good. Let it cook the last 30 minutes. 

Serve your perfect bowl of comfort food with freshly baked refrigerated biscuits on top!
