Whether you’re on the diet or not, these homemade potato chips are a great snack! Ditch store bought and go with homemade Whole30 chips instead!

– Fingerling potatoes – Oil – Salt (or any additional seasonings)

Fingerling potatoes make a great chip, they have different colors and they are a great size. But really any potato will work. 

A mandolin slicer makes slicing uniform sized potato slices a cinch. Don't have one? Just slice up about 1/4" slices with a sharp knife.

Change up the shapes of the potatoes and create French fries instead! Baking times will be about the same, but keep a close eye on them to avoid burning

Sprinkle garlic powder, cumin, paprika or onion powder (or a combo) over the potato slices for an added punch of flavor!
