Ground beef is easy to serve in these simple taco cups.  This appetizer is ready in just 30 minutes.  Finger food taco cups are fun for a Cinco de Mayo party, tailgating event or for a fun twist on taco tuesday dinner!

Wonton wrappers Ground beef Taco seasoning Cheddar cheese Lettuce Cherry tomatoes Sour cream Cilantro Taco sauce


Add a can of Rotel with green chilis and diced tomatoes into the hamburger along with the taco seasoning or in place of taco seasoning.

To make your taco cups vegetarian, you can replace taco meat with refried beans.

Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Place 2 wonton wrappers in each muffin hole (stagger wrappers), pressing all the way down to the bottom and up the sides.

Scoop 2 tablespoons of the ground beef mixture  into each prepared wonton-lined cup. Top with a pinch of cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 min.
