Light a grill or heat a skillet over medium-high heat. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, buffalo sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and form four patties equal in size. Cook patties on grill/stove for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness has been reached.
Place each burger on the bottom half of a hamburger bun, topping with Ranch, buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles (if using), lettuce and top half of bun. Serve immediately!
