Air Fryer Frozen Brussels Sprouts will allow you to get a healthy, delicious side dish on the table quickly and easily. No prep, totally hands off, this is the easiest way to cook this green veggie.
Lightly spray the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray and add the contents of a bag of frozen Brussels sprouts. Spread in a single layer.
Cook at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes. Toss and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from air fryer and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the sprouts before cooking for an extra yummy dish.
Maple syrup or honey drizzled over the top before serving adds the perfect sweet touch.
Fresh Brussels sprouts can be cooked instead of frozen. Decrease cooking time by 2 minutes if going this route.
Store leftovers in aluminum foil or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Add minced garlic for an extra boost of flavor OR a sprinkling of garlic powder!
Sprinkling Parmesan cheese (shaved or grated!) and/or lemon zest or lemon or lime juice over top of the Brussels sprouts before just after cooking adds a delicious and fresh touch.
Add chopped (uncooked) pieces of bacon to the air fryer basket for a meaty, even more delicious side.
