Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until soft and fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and add to a small bowl, along with mayonnaise, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 
  • Stir until smooth and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

  • Add spice by adding cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, hot sauce or a little bit of chili powder.
