Ingredients

  • 18.4 oz brownie mix family size, include ingredients from package
  • 2/3 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups chopped
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  • Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix and bake brownies according to package directions.
  • Remove from oven and top with the peanuts, peanut butter cups and marshmallows. Return to the oven and bake at 350 degrees for an additional 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff and brown and the chocolate begins to melt.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir until creamy. Add the Rice Krispies and stir until completely coated.
  • Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture evenly over top of the brownies. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

  • Replace the peanuts with pecans for a different crunchy flavor.
  • Use chunky peanut butter for even more crunch.
