- 1 lb pizza dough frozen, thawed, or a batch of No Yeast Pizza Dough
- 14 oz. red pizza sauce (jar) or half of a batch of Homemade Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 cups olives chopped, use kalamata, green and/or black
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly coat a 12- or 13-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray. Roll the pizza dough out into a circle on a lightly floured work surface. Transfer to the prepared pan, folding the dough over at the edges.
Spread the pizza sauce in an even layer over the dough. Top with an even layer of chopped olives. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is lightly golden brown. Cut into slices and serve!
