Ingredients

  • 3 kale leaves
  • Large handful spinach
  • 1 cucumber quartered
  • 3 medium-large carrots
  • 2 tomatoes quartered
  • Small handful fresh parsley
  • 2 green apples quartered (remove seeds)
  • 1 lemon quartered, deseeded and majority of peel cut off
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 square inch fresh ginger peeled

Instructions

  • Run all ingredients through a juicer. Divide the juice between two glasses and serve!
