- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1-2 tsp. caramel or coconut extract (or extract of choice)
- 2 tsp. Stevia or sugar
Divide the coffee between two mugs. In a small saucepan, heat milk, extract and sugar over medium heat. Whisk for 2 minutes, or until frothy. For extra froth, puree mixture in a blender for 60 seconds.
Pour over coffee in prepared mugs and serve!
