Oven Baked Fries

  • 5-6 medium Russet potatoes  sliced lengthwise into 1/2-inch sticks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well and add sliced potatoes. Toss until potatoes are well coated.
  • Divide between the two baking sheets and arrange potatoes so they are in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes (flipping half-way through) or until crispy. Serve warm with ketchup.
