Spinach Artichoke Flatbread Pizza

  • 1 lb. frozen pizza dough thawed
  • Flour for dusting
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 6-8 tbsp. Sabra Spinach and Artichoke Hummus
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 small onion sliced
  • 14 oz. can quartered artichokes drained and patted dry with paper towels
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut pizza dough in half and roll out into two circles, 10 inches in diameter, on a lightly floured work surface.
  • One at a time, place a pizza dough round onto a pizza stone. Top each round with (in this order): 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 3-4 tablespoons hummus, ½ cup spinach, ¼ of a small red onion, ½ of the artichokes and ½ cup of feta cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
