Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Brussels sprouts frozen

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray and add the contents of a bag of frozen Brussels sprouts. Spread in a single layer.
  • Cook at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes. Toss and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from air fryer and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the sprouts before cooking for an extra yummy dish.
  • Maple syrup or honey drizzled over the top before serving adds the perfect sweet touch.
  • Fresh Brussels sprouts can be cooked instead of frozen. Decrease cooking time by 2 minutes if going this route.
  • Store leftovers in aluminum foil or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Add minced garlic for an extra boost of flavor OR a sprinkling of garlic powder!
  • Sprinkling Parmesan cheese (shaved or grated!) and/or lemon zest or lemon or lime juice over top of the Brussels sprouts before just after cooking adds a delicious and fresh touch.
  • Add chopped (uncooked) pieces of bacon to the air fryer basket for a meaty, even more delicious side.
