In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Using an electric hand mixer, mix on medium speed until creamy. Add cheddar cheese, goat cheese, 1/2 cup bacon and 2 green onions. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture in half and place each half on a piece of plastic wrap. Form into balls, wrapping the plastic wrap around them. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
Just before serving, combine the 1/2 cup bacon, pecans and 2 green onions in a medium bowl. Pour in batches onto a rimmed plate. Remove the cheese balls from the plastic wrap and roll them in the coating until thoroughly coated. Replenish plate as needed.
Place the cheese balls on a serving plate surrounded by crackers or veggies.
