Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tbsp flaked sea salt or fine sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Store in a sealed container at room temperature. Spread over homemade bagels or add to eggs, avocado slices, tomato slices or a salad!

Notes

Everything but the Bagel Seasoning is not just for bagels and cream cheese, people! Here is a short list of other great ways you can enjoy this irresistible seasoning mix:
  • Add it to your Homemade Bagels (obviously).Sprinkle it over your scrambled eggs, fried eggs or even soft or hard boiled eggs!
  • Enjoy it with avocado slices or even an Avocado Egg Rice Cake. It tastes amazing on avocado toast, too!
  • Sprinkle it over a couple fresh, ripe tomato slices as a side to a summer meal.
    Add it to a bowl of cottage cheese for a delicious savory snack.
  • Mix the bagel seasoning with 2 tablespoons of oil and rub it onto your next batch of baked or grilled chicken.
