Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly coat a 12- or 13-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray. Roll the pizza dough out into a circle on a lightly floured work surface.
Transfer to the prepared pan, folding the dough over at the edges. Spread the olive oil in an even layer over the dough and sprinkle the garlic evenly over the top. Sprinkle the cheese over the oil and garlic. Top with an even layer of pickles, followed by dill, salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is lightly golden brown. Cut into slices and serve!
Notes
If you don't have a round pizza pan, use a large baking sheet instead.
A sprinkling of Italian seasoning over the oil and garlic would taste great!
Baking time for pizzas will vary by a bit, so use your oven light and start peeking in around the 15-minute mark. The crust will be a golden brown color when the pizza is done and the cheese will be melted uniformly all over the surface.
Top with a thin layer of Parmesan cheese for an extra punch of flavor!
Store in the fridge wrapped in foil or plastic wrap for up to 3 days.
