  • 3 ears corn grilled, cut from cob
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
