32ozrefrigerated flaky biscuits(Grands), each biscuit cut into quarters
3cupsapplespeeled, cored, chopped (~3 medium)
2tbsplemon juice
1/2cuplight brown sugar
1/2cupsalted buttermelted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large resealable bag, combine the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the biscuit pieces, seal the bag and shake until they are completely coated with the sugar mixture.
Place chopped apples in a large bowl, along with lemon juice. Toss to coat apples completely. Add the brown sugar and stir until it is absorbed by the apples.
Layer the bottom part of the prepared pan with half of the apple mixture. Top with half of the biscuits and repeat with remaining apples and biscuits. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top.
Place pan onto a rimmed baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until dough is cooked through in the centers (check at the 40-minute mark). Remove from the oven and cover with foil. Let sit for 10 minutes. Remove foil and invert onto a serving platter. Serve warm!
