- 4 cups mixed greens
- 8 large strawberries hulled and chopped
- 1/2 of a red onion finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup ginger sauce
- 8 oz. steak cooked and cut into strips
Divide the greens in two separate bowls. Top each with half the strawberries, half the red onion, half the quinoa, half the ginger sauce and half the steak.
Serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
