Set your IP to saute. Add olive oil and butter then add the parsley and garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in 1/2 cup dry white wine, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Add 2 pounds shrimp to the pot. Cook just until the shrimp is bright pink in color. Remove the shrimp from the pot, leaving the juices.
Add chicken broth and lemon juice. Deglaze the pot.Break angel hair pasta in half and place in the pot, separating as much as possible but making sure they are completely covered with liquid. Do not stir the mixture after this point!
Cover the pot and set the timer to 5 minutes on high pressure. Do an immediate quick release when done and add the shrimp back in.
Mix well and let sit in the pot 5 minutes before serving. Top with parsley and red pepper flakes and salt and pepper, to taste.
