PAN-FRIED BRIE WITH CHERRIES

Knock people’s socks off with this creamy, dreamy, fruity appetizer. This delicious Pan-Fried Brie with Cherries is the perfect party food or dessert!

INGREDIENTS

– 5 Graham crackers – 4 tbsp Salted butter – 28 oz wheel of Brie – Cherry pie filling – 5 Graham crackers

Prepare a plate of graham cracker crumbs.

Melt the butter in a skillet and then coat each side of the brie wheel in butter before rolling it in graham cracker crumbs. Then return it to the skillet to get melty. It'll need about 3-5 minutes on each side.
