Mushroom lovers will enjoy this hearty bowl of comfort food.  This soup is affordable and will keep you on budget and fill you up.  It cooks and simmers in about 30 minutes. 

Salted butter Yellow onion Garlic Celery Thyme Flour Salt & pepper Mushrooms White wine Broth  Heavy Whipping Cream

INGREDIENTS

Saute your veggies and seasoning in butter in a Dutch oven. 

Cook the added mushrooms until they are golden brown. 

Coat the contents of your Dutch oven with flour before stirring in the wine and broth. Simmer!

Cool off some of the soup and add it to a blender and puree until smooth. Stir it back into the Dutch oven. Enjoy!
