Using butter or olive oil, add your chicken breasts and cook about 6 minutes each side. 


Remove the chicken, then add in butter and garlic. The chicken cooked in the pan will give this next step so much flavor!


Pour in the chicken broth and milk to the pan. Heat until frothy, then reduce the heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. 


Get your 12 oz of fettucine ready to add to the pan. You'll want to cook the pasta til it's al-dente, about 10 minutes.


Your chicken has had time to set, so you can slice it into pieces. Add those pieces to the pan along with the parmesan cheese.
