Homemade Red Sauce Makes Delicious Enchiladas!

STEP 1

Heat your skillet over medium heat. Add fresh vegetables and stir  until soft and fragrant.

STEP 2

Save time by using Rotisserie chicken.  Alternative: Bake  chicken breasts until cooked through; then shred.

STEP 3

Divide the chicken mixture from the skillet between the tortillas in a small strip down the center.

STEP 4

Make  your own Enchilada Sauce  for a WHOLE  new level  of delicious.

TIP

Flour and corn  tortillas both  work with  this recipe.
