ANTIPASTO SKEWERS

They are such an easy finger food to munch on, whether guests are over or not. Plus, I’m always on board when meat, cheese and artichoke hearts are involved!

– Olive oil – Italian parsley – Mozzarella pearls – Whole mushrooms in a jar – Artichoke hearts – Colby jack cheese – Salami – Cherry tomatoes – Spanish olives – Kalamata olives

Grab a mixing bowl and add in the parsley, Mozzarella, mushrooms and artichokes. Mix well. Soak the ingredients in the mix before skewering. 

Begin to fill the skewers with meats, cheeses and veggies in a variety so each one has different ingredients. 

Refrigerate the skewers until you're ready to serve.
