– Italian parsley
– Mozzarella pearls
– Whole mushrooms in a jar
– Artichoke hearts
– Colby jack cheese
– Salami
– Cherry tomatoes
– Spanish olives
– Kalamata olives

Grab a mixing bowl and add in the parsley, Mozzarella, mushrooms and artichokes. Mix well. Soak the ingredients in the mix before skewering.
