Antipasto Skewers

Turn Antipasto Salad into a delicious finger food! Add pieces of Italian meat or cheese can be threaded onto the skewers for a tasty snack. These Antipasto Skewers are easy to prepare and they’re great as an appetizer or party food.

– Olive oil – Italian parsley – Mozzrella pearsl – Whole mushrooms in a jar – Artichoke hearts – Colby Jack Cheese – Sliced salami – Cherry tomatoes – Spanish olives – Kalamata olives

Flavor up the mozzarella, mushrooms and artichokes in a medium bowl, by combining olive oil, parsley and mix well.

Skewer all the remaining ingredients along with the seasoned pieces until gone, making sure to put 1-2 of each on each skewer. Wrap in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
