ground turkey cannellini beans corn chicken broth yellow onion green bell pepper garlic jalapenos cilantro spices

STEP 1

Prepare all your veggies. Saute them several minutes to soften them up.

STEP 2

If you're a fan of spice and using a jalapeno, add it here! Then toss in your spices.

STEP 3

Transfer the turkey mixture to a slow cooker. Add the beans of choice as well as corn and the broth.

RECIPE NOTES: To boost flavor, replace ground turkey with pork. Omit jalapeno peppers and cayenne pepper for a mild dinner. Topping options: cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, crackers
