The perfect grab and go breakfast you can eat with your fingers. Omelets on the go are healthy.  These breakfast bites are easy to customize.    

Eggs Water Extras: ham, bacon, cheese, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes

INGREDIENTS

Cut up all your veggies and proteins, cheeses and prepare them. 

Add the egg yolks and whites in a bowl and add the water. Whisk them. 

Fill each cup 2/3 of the way full with eggs. Then fill in the extras you want in each bite. 

Delicious, filling and healthy!
