Breakfast tends to be a crazy time. Mornings are busy! Utilize your trusty pressure cooker in the mornings. It’s not just for dinner recipes!

– Eggs – Milk – Salt and pepper – Filler ingredients such as bacon, ham, sausage, bell peppers, hashbrowns, jalapenos – Cheddar cheese – Flour tortillas – Salsa, avocado, sour cream

Beat your eggs and seasonings, add in your filling ingredients to your 6 or 7" pan. Cover with foil and place it on the IP insert that's over the water added to the pot.

Fluff up the eggs once you remove them from the pot. Sprinkle in the cheese, giving it time to melt.

Scoop up some of the cooked eggs and add it to a flour tortilla, adding in your favorite condiments before rolling it up to enjoy.  TIP: Do not exceed 1 total cup for all ingredient additions when adding to the beaten eggs.
