This frozen cake involves a giant baked cookie, cookie dough ice cream, hot fudge topping, cool whip, chocolate chips and COOKIES. It doesn’t get any better than this!
- Chocolate chip cookie dough
- Cookie dough ice cream
- Whipped topping
- Mini milk chocolate chips
- Hot fudge topping
- Chips Ahoy cookies
Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Press dough into pan and bake for 13-15 minutes,
STEP 1
Let your cookie base cool completely before adding the next layers.
STEP 2
Top cooled cookie with an even layer of the ice cream.
STEP 3
After adding the whipped cream, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
STEP 4
Generously add some hot fudge topping to the cake and add crushed cookies over the top.
STEP 5
Immediately place in the freezer. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
