Use fresh broccoli for best results. Frozen broccoli will also work, just remember there will be more moisture in the frozen variety. Give it a stir a few times while baking to help release it.
If you love to flavor it up though, both dry and fresh herbs bring it!
For fresh herbs, try basil, chives, parsley or thyme to pair with your veggies.
Going dried? Italian seasoning, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper or oregano work great.
