TIP

You'll love making  these healthy snacks  for play dates,  school lunches and  snacks too!

STEP 1

Once you decide on your fresh fruit, you can clean and chop them into pieces to be added to the blender.

STEP 2

You can also add some fresh veggies like spinach, carrots or zucchini, in with the fruit too.

STEP 3

Pour into prepared pans and smooth out with a spatula so that the mixture is a uniform 1/8th of an inch thick.

STEP 4

Using a scissors, trim the edges and cut into 1- to 1.5-inch strips, then roll them up until ready to serve!

TIP

– Frozen fruit will work! Be sure to thaw the fruit first for the best consistency. - Silicone baking mats will work great for this recipe
